Sunday, MAR 1 – Milwaukee Car Show and Dinner at Stout Bros.

RSVP: RSVP (for the dinner count) by Wednesday, February 26 to XXXXXX at either XXXXXX@yahoo.com or 262-555-1234.

WHAT: March madness brings both basketball tournaments and car shows. The annual Greater Milwaukee Car Show includes all the manufacturers and is at the Midwest Express Center. Join us to check out the latest models, concept cars and prototypes, accessories and more. After looking around for a few hours we will head over to a local brew pub, Stout Brothers Public House.

WHERE: The car show is at the Midwest Express Center, 400 W Wisconsin Ave. The restaurant, Stout Brothers Public House, is located at 777 N Water Street (414-273-2337)

WHEN: Meet in the lobby of the Midwest Express Center at 2:30 pm. We’ll explore for a few hours and then walk over to the restaurant for a 6 pm dinner.

COST: The car show cost $9 and the dinner starts at $5 for sandwiches to $15 - $20 for entrees.

ADDITIONAL INFO: The restaurant suggests reservations for Saturdays, so please RSVP by Wednesday, February 26. If you have any further questions, contact XXXXXX at either XXXXXX@yahoo.com or 262-555-1234.

(FYI - Avoid RSVPs if at all possible. If its something where you need to know how many people or buy tickets for a show or dinner reservations then RSVPs are needed. But if it’s something like a dinner at a pizza joint and a Movie then don't make it an RSVP.)

WHAT: {required section}{event description. Make it sound fun and tell them what to expect}

WHERE: {required section}{give a name of a place, address, include the city, and zip (since mapquest uses the zip) any additional directions are great like a major cross street, or what exit to get off on etc}

WHEN: {required section}{put any time information in here. What time to meet, how long, the event or show. If you're doing more then one thing and want people to be able to come to either one or both then give both times. But remember to stick to the times so people don't get left hanging. Don't be vague like we'll meet between 6:30 and 7:30. Give then a time - 7 pm. q The WHEN section needs to give both a meeting date and time.q The WHERE section must have an address at the bare minimum unless it's a location that doesn't have an actual numbered address (like a park) in that case you should give two cross streets and a location in that 'park' ie picnic area #2. If possible provide the zip code as many internet map applications request it}
